I like the way this looks a lot. The background is nice and the latest section is very stylish, but the text is a little hard to read. The colour is good, but perhaps it should be bigger or bolder.

Nice and simple

Though, I am not too sure about the positioning of the login box. Plus, what's the login for? I assume for clients, but how does a potential client, who has never employed such services, know that? Maybe make that bottom part the same colour as the headings on the right, add a "+client login" heading on the left and bump the fields along a bit?
